Downloads: free;
All other items are shipped at a flat rate; for example, 10 PCBs are shipped at the same low rate as one PCB.
USA: CDs $2 (1st class), hardware $8.10 (priority with delivery confirmation);

INSTALLATION OF DOWNLOADED FILES
Software purchased via download comes as a self-extracting zip file. First execute the zip file (which unzips the included files), then execute the file named setup.exe and follow the on-screen directions.

Return Policy for Downloads
You have 14 days from the date of download to get a refund on your purchase. To get a refund, uninstall the software using the uninstall feature, then send email to returns@glass-ware.com with the return authorization code (which is generated by the uninstall feature) in the subject line of the email. After 14 days, there are no refunds for downloads.
Return Policy for Disks Purchased from our Yahoo Store
You have 30 days from your billing date to get a refund on your purchase. The refund does not include shipping costs. To get a refund, uninstall the software using the uninstall feature, then mail the disk to the below address including your return authorization code (which is generated by the uninstall feature) in the blank. Disk returns must be postmarked within 30 days of your invoice date.
